Tuition/Workshops
I offer a range of craft workshops which include spinning, fibre preparation, yarn dyeing, knitting, crocheting, weaving and macrame, as one-to-one lessons, small groups lessons and day workshops in my purpose built studio. Each class is tailored to your own needs and will take into consideration your previous experience and what you want to achieve. My is to aim to make all my workshops a relaxed, fun environment for you to learn new skills and meet like minded people.

Fibre preparation for spinning.
|
Come along and learn how to use a variety of equipment that is used to prep wool prior to spinning. Learn how to use hand carders, English wool combs, drum carder, blending board and hackles. Price includes 100g fibre. Additional fibre can be purchased. | 1/2 day | £45 |

Get to know your drum carder
|
Come and have a go at creating your own batts for spinning on a drum carder. You will have a choice of a variety of colourful and natural fibres and speciality fibres including silk, Tencel and bamboo. Price includes 100g fibre. Additional fibre can be purchased. | 1/2 day | £45 |
