Woven Wall Hanging Workshop
This workshop will be taking place at the Cotswold Wool Weekend in the Corn Hall, Cirencester. I will show you how to weave a small wall hanging using a frame loom. You will be shown a variety of weaving techniques using yarn and fibre, including tabby, rya and soumak. There will be a variety of hand spun and commercially yarn to choose from, as well as natural and colourful fibre to create you own unique piece of art. This workshop is suitable for beginners. The cost of the workshop includes the loom and any additional materials for you to take away to finish your wallhanging.
