Hand-dyed Corriedale Tops

These hand-dyed Corriedale tops are a great fibre to spin and is really great  for a beginner spinner to start out with.  

 It is an ideal fibre for hand spinning, hand felting and many other craft uses. 

The Corriedale sheep originates from Australia and New Zealand and is the result of cross breeding Lincoln or Leicester rams with a Merino ewe.  To find out more about the Corriedale breed take a look at the British Coloured Sheep Breeders Association page.

Fibre Length: 80-120mm
Top/Roving Length: 4 metres per 100g
Top/Roving Width: 1 inch

Care Instructions:
Please note there may be some colour bleeding due to the nature of hand-dyeing, so it is recommended that you wash your finished item separately.
Shape the products from this yarn whilst damp and dry flat.
Hand-dyed in a clean, smoke free environment.
