Hand Dyed Wool Tops – BFL/Ramie/Tencel Blend
These hand dyed wool tops is a unique blend to Little Acorn Crafts. It combines BFL with Ramie to give the blend some strength and structure and Tencel to give it a beautiful sheen. The blend is beautiful spin and when dyed the colours really sing. Once spun it would be suitable for a range of projects. Each top is approx. 100g.
Ramie is produced from a nettle plant. Once processed it has similar properties to linen. It is more absorbent than cotton and it also breathes. The Wild Fibres website has some more information about Ramie.Â

Care Instructions:
Please note there may be some colour bleeding due to the nature of hand-dyeing, so it is recommended that you wash your finished item separately.
Shape the products from this yarn whilst damp and dry flat.
Hand-dyed in a clean, smoke free environment.
